2 Is your blood pressure above 130 systolic – 85 diastolic?

3 Is your pulse rate above 72 while sitting?

4 Is your blood cholesterol above 200?

5 Is your blood sugar above 115 fasting?

6 Are your overweight?

7 Do you avoid daily exercise?

8 Are you highly stressed or a tense person?

9 Do you smoke?

(The more the YES answers, the greater the risk. You must attempt to minimize the risks)
